The first step, of course, is connecting! After getting to know us a little bit and listening to your gut, you can follow your heart to our inquiry form and fill out the information there — BTW, our favorite submissions are the ones that are super thorough and unique. In our response email to your inquiry, you'll be able to schedule a discovery call with us. This is where we hop on a super chill, no-pressure call to get to know one another. I'll introduce myself and the studio, as well as ask you some questions about your journey! Think of it as a coffee date with a friend — bring your caffeinated drink of choice and let's have some fun.

If we've decided we're a good fit after our discovery call, then we'll move forward with the onboarding process! We use two platforms for a seamless project experience: Dubsado for proposals, contracts, and payment processing, as well as a project portal inside of Notion where the entirety of the project will take place. This is really where the fun begins!

It's officially time to dive into the project and make your brand and web dreams come true! There will be some light homework at the beginning, including a Discovery Questionnaire filled with intentional, heartfelt questions to get to know your brand inside and out. Then we'll design with deep strategy, show you the drafts, and get your feedback!

We've collaborated and created together... and now the time has come to hand it all over to you! We'll deliver your project entirely digitally for instant gratification, and we'll also record an offboarding video for you using Loom so you can walk away from our project feeling super ready for launch. And we'll be cheering you on every moment after that!

The short answer is (kindly!) no.
The longer answer is that branding goes farther than just a couple of logos. We normally include close to a dozen logos in a brand identity, as well as a number of elements that create a well-rounded experience that speaks directly to the heart of your ideal client — not just a few pretty designs. If you're interested in a lower-tier branding project, ask us about our Mini Brand!

We can always figure this out together when we jump onto a discovery call, but the answer is basically about what your ideal budget and timeline look like. We have two options for our branding projects and two options for our website projects, and one discounted offer that combines both of our week intensive projects — because we want the brand of your dreams to be attainable for you, no matter where you're at in your journey.
How do I know which service is right for me?

We've recently begun offering web projects to clients who haven't previously gotten branding done with Studio Alexia. This is strictly on a case-by-case basis, as we need to see first that you've have a professional brand identity that reflects your business well. If we think you're good to go, we can jump into a web project together with peace of mind — knowing your website foundation will be solid with your branding! If not, we encourage our Dream Launch package to get your brand & web completely aligned to the heart of your business.
Can I inquire for just a web project?

That's totally okay! We never want to pressure anyone to make any moves that aren't right for their business. We offer payment plans for our branding projects to try to lessen the blow, as well as our Mini Brand and Website in a Week services which require a lower investment with great results. We also have a website template available (here) for a teeny fraction of the investment of our custom design services. We try to make our offers unique and accessible in order to serve business owners in any season they find themselves in.

First of all, we're so grateful you want to partner with us to build a home for your business! After you inquire, Alexia will be in touch over the next few days to set up a discovery call — this is like a virtual coffee date where we'll talk super casually about your business and goals, so we can see if we're a good fit to collaborate. Then we'll begin the onboarding process which requires a contract and deposit to secure your spot in our project calendar, and then we'll jump into a Notion client portal together. Then... let the magic begin!
